Thank you for shopping with Red Party Animal. We take pride in providing quality products we hope you love!

If you are not satisfied, we except returns or exchanges of items in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached, within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To make an exchange or return, please complete the Returns/Exchange form you received with your purchase (or email CustomerCare@redpartyanimal.com to request another form), and ship to:

Once we receive your shipment, we will ship your new item(s) if an exchange was requested.

Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s).

Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or credit.

International Orders:

We are not currently shipping to countries outside of the U.S., but we are working on a new international shipping solution. Please check back soon.

Returning or Exchanging a Gift:

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. The Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund, otherwise, Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.
